This website

When you send the contact form, we receive what you type in it: your name, institute, role, e-mail, phone, city, the size of your institute and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to arrange a demo. A copy is kept on our web server and in our mailbox. We never sell or share it.

The website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The Academy sets one cookie, only for people who sign in, to keep them signed in. Our videos come from YouTube, which is contacted only when you press play.

The website is served through Cloudflare, which protects it and may log technical details such as your IP address for security.

SIAPNS at an institute

The institute’s records (students, parents, teachers, attendance, fees, results and messages) are kept on the institute’s own PC, encrypted, and in encrypted backups that only the institute’s owner can open. They are not sent to us.

Each SIAPNS sends our control room a short health report every five minutes: counts and statuses only, such as the number of active students and teachers, devices online, messages waiting and the time of the last backup. It contains no names, marks, fees, phone numbers or messages.
