A new institute in minutes
We add the institute and send one small file with its SIAPNS installer. It connects by itself and starts reporting within five minutes.
Behind every SIAPNS is our Super Admin: one screen that shows the health of every institute, keeps every subscription fair, and lets us help without a visit. It never sees a student’s name.

Each SIAPNS sends a heartbeat every five minutes. It tells us how the institute’s system is doing, never what is in its records.
The last check-in and app version, students and teachers in use, fingerprint devices online, WhatsApp messages waiting or failing, the last backup and its USB copy.
Student or parent names, marks, fees, phone numbers or messages. They never leave the institute.
A licence signed by the control room and, when we have made one, a new key. Nothing else.

Every problem is ranked: red to act on today, amber for soon, grey to know about. A silent PC, an old backup, a stopped WhatsApp gateway or a device offline shows up here first, and we call the owner.
Every plan travels to the institute as a licence signed by the control room. SIAPNS trusts nothing else, so nobody can stretch a plan by editing a date. And nothing is ever held hostage.
Seven days before a plan ends, the institute sees an amber reminder on every page.
7 days beforeWhen a plan ends, everything keeps working for three more days, with the exact date shown.
Days 0 to 3Records can still be viewed, searched and backed up. New entries and messages wait.
After day 3After renewal, SIAPNS works fully again within five minutes. Nothing was lost.
On renewalA licence is a seven-day lease renewed by every check-in, so it keeps working through a week without internet. An institute without dependable internet gets a licence file that lasts until its plan’s end date.

After we confirm on the phone that it really is the owner, a one-time code lets them set a new password. It works once, today or tomorrow only, even without internet.
A new key reaches the institute in its next check-in reply, and the old one stops. A key that may have been copied can be blocked at once.
Each month’s highest number of active students and teachers, kept by the control room and exported for the invoice. The owner and the accounts office are never counted.
Every sign-in, wrong password and change in the control room is written to an activity log: when, what and from where.
The dashboard answers only on our own PC. The internet reaches a single door, the check-in, through an encrypted Cloudflare tunnel. No port is opened anywhere.
ECDSA P-256 signatures, with the public half built into every copy of SIAPNS, so a licence cannot be forged.
Five wrong passwords lock it for fifteen minutes, attempts are rate-limited, and passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes.
